Transition Planning for Military Familes

TRANSITION PLAN FOR MILITARY FAMILIES

1. Identify as Active Duty when registering at our school.

2. Fill out a form to meet with our School Military Point of Contact.

3. Set up a conference with the principal/teacher.

4. Join our PTO to assist with events.

5. Military students will go on a student-led tour of Central Elementary.

6. Website and supports will be shared with new families.
