Ms. Mildrica Cannon, Ed.S.

Mildrica Cannon is the new Assistant Principal at Central Elementary School.  Bringing over eight years of experience in education, she is excited to serve the students, teachers, and parents of the community. Ms. Cannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Alcorn State University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also a 2023 graduate of the University of Mississippi's Principal Corps program, where she earned her specialist degree in Educational Leadership. Passionate about student achievement, teacher support, and creating a positive school culture, she is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all learners.
